Dear Mrs. Beil and family,
We had the honor of purchasing your home on Mayflower Drive. Each time we visited, you made us feel at home! We knew it was the house for us. You both were so kind and Mr. Beil was so funny! I remember my husband and I walking out and saying, "I wish we could live beside them instead of them leaving!" Please know you are in our prayers.

Dear Family - We were so sorry to hear of Matt's passing. I have known him since the early days at his cousin's house on Avondale. He was a great guy - always with a smile on his face. We know you will miss him very much.
