Struthers, Frank S. Green,

Funeral services will be held on Friday at 1:00 pm at Kirila Funeral Home,Inc. for Frank S. Green age 83, of Struthers, who passed away peacefully on April 19, 2015 at his home. He was born on September 8, 1931 in Youngstown, OH., son of the late Joseph and Catherine (Kronenberger) Green. He was a graduate of North High School. Frank served in the US Army as a Paratrooper with the rank of Staff Sergeant. Frank worked for A.P. O'Hora Company and later for Copperweld Steel,  from which he retired.  Frank completed his bucket list 20 days ago, by sky jumping off the Stratosphere (855 feet-108 floors) in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Frank is survived by his son Mark Green and wife Joanne of Boardman, three daughters, Kimberlyn Lucente and fiancée Dean Horst of Struthers, Jacky Graham and fiancée Borge Larsen of Jennings, Florida, Lynnie Green and husband "Willy" Scheibeler of Phoenix, AZ, along with nine grandchildren, Jennifer, Anthony, Daniel, Michael, Taralyn, Karly, Kristyn, Austin and Andrew as well as eight great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Dolores (Dolly) Dietz Green whom he married September 13, 1952, she died, November 1, 2003, a sister, Soph Haplea and a brother John Green.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 23, 2015, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Kirila Funeral Home, Inc., 258 Poland Avenue in Struthers, Ohio. Burial will take place in the Poland Riverside Cemetery.
