Tina M. Ludt

Tina Marie Ludt, 57 passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday March 3, 2026.

She was born May 8, 1968 in Youngstown, a daughter of Gary and Shirley Mogg.

A lifelong Youngstown resident, Tina attended Woodrow Wilson High School where her and her friends’ spent weekends at the roller rink. Tina also loved playing softball and taking karate classes.

She was a devoted mother, daughter, sister and friend. She was strong-willed and tough in the best ways – never afraid to stand her ground and always fiercely protective of the people she loved. She carried a sharp sense of humor and could make you laugh when you least expected it. Above all else, she loved her family immeasurably. There was nothing she loved more than making memories with them especially her “Ladybug” Arianna and trying to steal a hug from Brayden.

Her resilience was evident throughout her life as she faced many challenges most recently bravely undergoing Open Heart Surgery last year.

Tina was preceded in death by her mom: Shirley Mogg, who she missed tremendously and her friend and cousin; Kimberly Armstrong.

Left to cherish her memory are her dad, Gary Mogg; her brothers Robert Mogg (Nadyne Yanniello) and Leland (Pam) Murray; her daughters Nichole (Emad) Zeineddine and Kristy Ludt (Allen Deibel); her grandchildren Brayden and Arianna and countless family members and friends.

Friends and family may call on Wednesday, March 18 from 4:00pm – 6:00pm at Kirila Funeral Home, 258 Poland Ave., Struthers, Ohio. A memorial service will be held at 6:00pm following visitation at the funeral home.

In light of allergies, the family kindly requests that you omit fresh-cut flowers. In their place, please consider potted plants, artificial arrangements or other memorial gifts.
