Shirley A Milligan

Shirley A. Milligan, 85, of Youngstown, Ohio passed away peacefully at her residence on Sunday, February 9, 2025. She was born March 28, 1939, in Miami, FL, a daughter of the late James Lovett and Orvis (Knight) Lovett.

Shirley was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family and playing bingo.

She is survived by her son, Fred Milligan; four daughters, Sheryl Milligan-Grice, Tina Cleland, Karen Galloway, and Kim Vestal; brother, Michael Lovett; sister, Linda Lovett; 14 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandson, Kaden.

Along with her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Milligan; son, Arthur Milligan, and grandson, Nicholas.

Friends will be received Thursday, February 13, 2025, 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the Kirila Funeral Home, Inc., 258 Poland Ave., Struthers, Ohio.

The interment will take place at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, February 14, 2025, at Lake Park Cemetery, Youngstown, Ohio 44502.
