Patrick Minno, 51, of Struthers, passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at his residence surrounded by his loving family after his battle with cancer. He was born on December 31, 1973, in Youngstown, a son of the late Nunzie Joseph and Donna (Riley) Minno.
He graduated from Cardinal Mooney High School in 1992 and from Toledo University in 1998. He worked as a chemist at Omega Laboratories in Mogadore, Ohio.
He enjoyed coaching, playing basketball, golf, and working outdoors, especially taking care of his yard; he also had a passion for music. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. He loved taking his dog Zeke for walks and, most of all, spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Amanda (Mascarella) Minno, whom he married on September 11, 2004; his children, Morgan, Samantha, Joey, and Gionni; his dog Zeke; brother, Joe (Paula) Minno; his sister, Charlene Minno; step-mother, Ann (Barone) Minno; his brothers-in-law, Mike (Sherri) Mascarella and Bart Mascarella; several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
In addition to his parents, Patrick was preceded in death by his sister, Donna Minno, and his brother, Jim Minno.
Calling hours will be Tuesday, May 27, 2025, from 4 pm to 8 pm at Kirila Funeral Home, 258 Poland Ave., Struthers, Ohio. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 10:00 am, at St. Columba Cathedral, 154 W. Wood St. in Youngstown, Ohio 44503.
Anyone attending the funeral, please go directly to the church.
Burial will take place at Lake Park Cemetery.
