Nilsa Torres Rivera, 63, of Youngstown, passed away on November 16, 2021, at the St. Elizabeth Hospital in Boardman. Nilsa was born in Humacao, Puerto Rico on January 12, 1958, the daughter of the late Jose and Palmira (Rivera) Torres. Nilsa was a homemaker where she loved to decorate and to create decorations. She enjoyed shopping and going out to dinner with her sister and daughter. She loved to tell jokes and enjoyed watching television.

Nilsa is survived by her children, Roberto Martinez-Torres; and Alysha Lynn Plizga; one sister; Carmen Torres Rivera, three grandchildren, James Russell Raymond, III, Eliyanna Lynn Raymond, and Antonio Matinez-Torres. In addition to her parents, Nilsa was preceded in death by her sister, Palmira Torres Rivera.
