Karen Joan Luteran

Hubbard - Karen Joan Luteran, 71, passed away on April 27, 2024 at Hospice of the Valley. She was born August 20, 1952 in Campbell, OH, daughter of Michael “Curtis” and Jennie Magura.

Karen was a graduate of Campbell Memorial High School. She continued her education at Youngstown State University and Kent State University where she received her Master of Arts degree. She worked as a German and French teacher for the Girard City Schools and was a substitute teacher at Sharon City Schools.

She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, knitting, gardening, reading true crime stories, long walks, dancing, watching movies and smelling the flowers.

She is survived by her son, Corey Luteran (Danielle), daughters, Megan Conklin (Benjamin), and Sarah Luteran, and six grandchildren, Curtis, Lauren, Maya, Benjamin, Sadie and Violet.

Karen was preceded in death by, her parents, Michael "Curtis" Magura and Jennie Magura.

Visitation will take place at the Kirila Funeral Home, 258 Poland Ave., Struthers, Ohio, on Thursday, May 2, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm followed by a funeral service.
