Struthers, Julia Ann (Julie)  Svetichan,

A memorial service will be held on Saturday June 28, 2014 at 1:00 pm at Kirila Funeral Home, Inc. for Julia Ann (Julie) Svetichan, 88 of Struthers who passed away on Tuesday June 24, 2014 at Hospice House in  Poland, OH.  
  
She was born on December 7, 1925 in Lowellville, Ohio,  daughter of the late  to George and Mary (Legeza) Tovtin. She was a graduate of  Struthers High School, a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church and attended St. Charles Church in Boardman. Julie enjoyed her children and especially her grandchildren. She traveled abroad with her husband Elias and lived in Florida for several months of the year. Her positive attitude and faith granted her many years of a healthy and happy life.
  
She is survived by her three children, Nancy (William) Novic, Ronald (Janet) Svetichan, Ray Svetichan, a brother, Paul Tovtin, four grandchildren, Ron and his wife Rachel, Ryan and his wife Jen, Raymond, Tim and one great grandchild, Mia.
  
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Elias Svetichan whom she married May 19, 1943, he died March 20, 1991, her daughter in law, Sandy, four brothers, John, George, Michael, James and four sisters, Ann, Mary, Helen, Veronica.
  
Visitation will be held Saturday, June 28, 2014 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Kirila Funeral Home, Inc., Struthers, Ohio.
