Youngstown, Glenn T. Walters, 77
Glenn passed away peacefully in his sleep with his family at his bedside at Briarfield Manor, in Austintown, on December 21, 2022.
Glenn, a native of Youngstown, Ohio, was the youngest of three children born on November 30, 1945, to the late Reynold E. and Nellie (Watson) Walters. He graduated from Boardman High School, class of 1963.
Following graduation, Glenn served as a Petty Officer Second Class in the US Navy aboard the USS Saratoga CVA-60 where he specialized in electronics, radar, and communication, and later applied his skills and training as a service technician with IBM in Youngstown.
He was an avid horticulturalist with a penchant for pruning and grafting.
