Struthers, Theresa E. Barone, 85,

A prayer service will held on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 9:30 am at Kirila Funeral Home, Inc. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am at Christ our Savior Parish, Holy Trinity Church for Theresa E. Barone who died on Sunday, March 5, 2017 at her home. Theresa was born August 8, 1931 in Rankin, PA, daughter of the late Steve and Helen (Duraney) Wilaj. She was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking and her family, especially babysitting her grandchildren. She was a member of Christ our Savior Parish, Holy Trinity Church.

Theresa is survived by her children, Diane Barone, Debi and Doug Posey, Tim Barone, and Cindi Barone; her daughter-in-law, Sandi Barone; her brother, Steve (Martha) Wilaj, two sisters, Margie Bayus, MaryAnn (Lewis) Jackson her sister in law, Norma Altiero; her brother in law, Tom White and her grandchildren, Eric and Jamie Barone, Nicole Barone, Kyle and Marc Posey, Jessica and Austin Barone, and Haley and Courtney Boyer.
In addition to her parents, Theresa was preceded in death by her husband, James D. Barone, Sr. whom she married August 11, 1951, he died January 15, 2016, her son, James D. Barone, Jr., and her sister, Steffie White.

Calling hours will be held on Friday form 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Kirila Funeral Home, Inc., 258 Poland Avenue in Struthers. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery.
