Struthers Shirley J. Cheff, 66 went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Health Care in Boardman. Shirley was born December 14, 1950 in Youngstown, daughter of the late Frank and Mildred (Armeni) Cheff. She was a 1968 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School and also completed cosmetology school with a managing and instructing license. Shirley worked as an instructor and hairdresser for many years. The past 12 years she proudly worked for HomeCare With Heart as a Home Health Aide. Shirley was a member of Victory Christian Center. She loved reading the Bible and joyfully sharing His love with others. Shirley enjoyed the simple things in life, the fresh air, walks in the park and feeding the birds. She enthusiastically loved football and baseball and had a witty sense of humor making us all laugh. She loved her family, her cats, giving, caring for people and anything chocolate. Shirley will be deeply missed by her loving daughter, Shari (Dennis) Gonatas of Boardman, her two sisters, Carol Vigliotti of North Lima, Patti (George) Beil of North Jackson, her two precious grandsons, Demetrius and Dennis Jr.., three nephews, Anthony (Kathy) Vigliotti of Wexford, PA., Michael (Therese) Vigliotti of Poland, Gerald (Deegan) Vigliotti, Jr. of Mayfield Village, OH., and seven great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her brother in law, Gerald Vigliotti, Sr. and her niece and nephew, Stacie and Georgie Beil. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2017 from 10am to 12pm at the Victory Christian Center of Boardman with a Memorial Service to follow at noon.
