Youngstown, Jerome David Rycek, II, 30,

Services will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at 7:00 pm at the Kirila Funeral Home,Inc. for Jerome David Rycek, II, who passed away on April 19, 2017. Jerome was born on September 30, 1986 in Youngstown son of Jerome D. Rycek and Dianna (Bloom) Rycek. He was a 2004 graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School. Jerome worked for Great American Steaks. He was an avid fisherman and a dedicated Dallas Cowboy Fan and watched every game with his dad. More than anything, he loved his daughter Layla with all of his heart. She was the apple of his eye.

Jerome will always be loved and remembered by his parents of Youngstown, his daughter, Layla Lynn Rycek, two sisters; Heather Rycek (Randy), of Austintown; Crystal Broll (Bridgit) of Youngstown; brother, Douglas Adkins of Liberty; niece, Brooke Beniston of Youngstown; great-nephew, Gracen Jerome Beniston of Youngstown; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Stanley and Ann Rycek and maternal grandparents, Jack and Sue Norman.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 26, 2017, 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Kirila Funeral Home, Inc., 258 Poland Avenue in Struthers. In lieu of flowers, monetary donations can be made to the family.
