Austintown, Debbie (Houser) Rutushin, 60

Debbie (Houser) Rutushin, 60 of Austintown, Ohio was granted her angel wings on Monday, March 20, 2017 when the angels peacefully called her after a long courageous battle with cancer. During her final days, she was surrounded by her daughter Sara, family and friends that she had touched in some way throughout her very memorable life.

Debbie graduated from Austintown Fitch High School with the class of 1975. She married Timothy Rutushin on August 13, 1994 and they had their daughter Sara. Debbie worked at Consolidated and Hills department Store but she most cherished and dedicated her life to being a devoted mother and a loving wife. Debbie enjoyed crafting, cooking and spending time with her family and pets.

She will be joined in heaven with her husband Tim, brother Allan Houser, and parents Gale and Agnes Houser. Debbie will be watching over her daughter Sara, stepsons Jeffrey Rutushin (Melissa) and

Jason Rutushin (Kari), three grandchildren, a sister Diane Gollner (Sean Riley), brother, Ron Houser (Andrea), brother Russ Houser (Mary Wagner) and several nieces and nephews as well as several great nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting monetary donations be made to help defray medical expenses. Any donations can be mailed to Kirila Funeral Home, Inc., 258 Poland Avenue Struthers, Ohio 44471.
